Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company")

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

("PDMRs")

The Company announces the following transactions by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary 5p shares ("Shares"):

Pursuant to invitations issued on 26 November 2015 to all eligible UK and Irish employees of the Company, options over an aggregate of 2,570,952 Shares were granted on 18 December 2015 under the Company's UK and Irish SAYE Schemes (together, the "Schemes"). The Schemes are all-employee schemes which give the opportunity to employees to acquire Shares at a discount of 20% of the market value of the Shares at the time the invitation is issued.

Of the total number, options were granted to PDMRs, as follows:

In consideration of these options, the grantees will make monthly savings during the associated three year savings contract. The exercise price is 26.936 pence per Share.

These options will normally be exercisable during a 6 month period commencing 1 February 2019.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
