Changes to Directors' Responsibilities

Speedy, the UK's leading tools and equipment hire services company, operating across the construction, infrastructure and industrial markets announces the following changes:

·    Rob Barclay, Russell Down and Rhian Bartlett have been appointed to a newly created Sustainability Committee of the Board. Mr Barclay has been appointed Chair of the committee.

With effect from 30 September 2022:

·    Carol Kavanagh will take over from Mr Barclay as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Mr Barclay will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee;

·    Rhian Bartlett will take over Mr Barclay's role as the designated Non-Executive Director for employee engagement.
