Notification in Accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13

Further to the announcement on 9 September 2016 in respect of the appointment of David Shearer as a Non-Executive Director of Speedy, the following disclosures are made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules:

Mr Shearer is currently Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director of Aberdeen New Dawn Investment Trust PLC, the Senior Independent Director of STV Group plc, and a Non-Executive Director of Mithras Investment Trust PLC.

Within the five years prior to the date of this announcement, Mr Shearer was previously the Chairman of Mouchel Group plc, the Senior Independent Director of Superglass Holdings plc and the Senior Independent Director of Renold Public Limited Company.

There are no other matters which are required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
