Appointment of Chris Morgan as Interim Finance Director

Speedy, the tools, equipment and plant hire services company, operating across the construction, infrastructure and industrial markets, is pleased to announce that Chris Morgan has joined the senior management team as Interim Finance Director with immediate effect.

Chris was Chief Financial Officer at Go Outdoors, the UK's leading retailer of outdoor equipment and clothing, since 2012. He was previously Chief Financial Officer at Focus DIY between 2011 and 2012, and before that held a number of senior finance positions at Tesco including Group Controller from 1999 to 2004, and more recently as Finance Director, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified with Ernst and Young.
