Re Directorate

The Board of Speedy and Lynn Krige, Group Finance Director since September 2011, have mutually agreed that Lynn will step down from the Board on a date to be finalised to pursue other career opportunities.  Lynn will leave with the Board's best wishes and thanks for her support and contribution to the business.  A formal search process is underway. 

Separately, the Board confirms that the Group remains on track to deliver results for the current financial year in line with its expectations.
