Result of General Meeting

·     Jan Åstrand remains Chairman

·     David Shearer appointed to the Board as a non-executive director

The Board announces that the ordinary resolutions to remove Jan Åstrand as a director of the Company ("Resolution 1") and to appoint David Shearer as a director of the Company ("Resolution 2") were today proposed to shareholders at a General Meeting, and were voted on by means of a poll vote. Resolution 1 was not passed and Resolution 2 was passed.

Following the result of today's General Meeting, David Shearer's appointment as a non-executive director becomes effective immediately. Further details regarding his appointment to the Board will be released in due course.

The Board is pleased that shareholders strongly support Jan Åstrand's position as Chairman and welcome David Shearer as a director.

The poll results for Resolution 1 and Resolution 2 were as follows:

The votes of any proxy giving the Chairman discretion how to vote have been included in the votes "Against" a resolution.

A vote "Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of percentages of votes cast "For" or "Against" a resolution.

Percentage figures are rounded to 2 decimal places.
