Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 16 July 2014 at Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London, EC2A 4ES.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders:

·     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 ("Annual Report");

·     Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·     Proxy Form.
