Cleansing Notice
Spectur Limited ( Spectur or the Company ) advises that on 19 January 2026 it issued 8,650,000 fully paid ordinary shares in respect of conversion of vested employee rights.
The Corporations Act 2001 ( Act ) restricts the on-sale of securities without disclosure unless the sale is exempt under 708 or 708A of the Act. By the Company giving this notice, the shares issued and their on-sale, will fall within the exemption offered under section 708A(5) of the Act.
The Company gives notice under S708(5)(e) of the Act as follows:

The Company issued 8,650,000 fully paid ordinary shares,

The shares were issued without disclosure under Chapter 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001

At the time of this notice, the Company has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001 as they apply to the Company; and

(b) section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act 2001 .

As at the date of this notice, the Company is not in possession of any undisclosed “excluded information” (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, which is required to be disclosed by Company.
