Release From Voluntary Escrow

Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A, Spectur Limited (ASX: SP3) ( Spectur or the Company ) advises that 418,988 fully paid ordinary shares in total issued to Directors Darren Cooper and Bilyana Smith in lieu of Director fees during the 2020 financial year and escrowed for 12 months, will be released from voluntary escrow on 30 October 2021.

The Company confirms that there are no further securities held under escrow.
