Summary of the MSEK 43.4 share right issue

The final result in the share right issue in TargetEveryone AB ("the Company"),

for which the subscription period ended on Jun 10, 2019, shows that 3,549,812

shares, corresponding to approximately 3.3 per cent of the shares offered, were

subscribed for by the exercise of subscription rights. In addition, 203,332

shares, corresponding to approximately 0.2 per cent of the shares offered have

been subscribed for without subscription rights.

The right issue was guaranteed with an amount of MSEK 21. Additionally, the

Company has subscription agreements of MSEK 5.3. Consequently, the Company

receives proceeds amounting to approximately MSEK 26.3 before transaction

related costs through this right issue.

The share capital will increase with SEK 26,255,000 through the issuance of

65,637,500 shares. This gave a dilution of shareholders prior to the right issue

of 55 per cent.

The shares are expected to be registered by the Swedish Companies Registration

Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) on or about June 21, 2019.
