TargetEveryone has closed acquisition of BizWell Sweden AB

TargetEveryone has closed the acquisition of BizWell Sweden AB ("BizWell") as

announced on February 20, 2020.

BizWell, a prime data provider company with a strong financial history and some

very compelling potential to further develop the business scope is now part of

TargetEveryone. Having identified several growth potentials for the ongoing

business at BizWell we also intend to combine the strength of our product

SpectrumOne to

· onboard significant clients to SpectrumOne

· further develop the go-to-market strategy for BizWell

· broaden the offers to clients

· form partnerships with relevant players in the market

TargetEveryone CEO Hosni Teque-Omeirat said "I am satisfied our due diligence

confirmed our initial analysis of BizWell. We will now continue our handover and

ensure that that the takeover is handled efficiently. It´s also of great

advantage the former owner will support us to execute on the growth plans we

have identified for BizWell the next months. By merging these businesses, we

create synergies we could not have done by ourselves and moreover design a

business model that is very attractive to existing and potential clients".
