Chairman Fredric Forsman, CEO Hosni Teque-Omeirat and COO Michael Irgens
subscribe for 1.000.000, 1.600.000, 1.000.000 new shares in TargetEveryone in
accordance with its incentive program, respectively. To finance the
transactions, Fredric Forsman, Hosni Teque-Omeirat and Michael Irgens have
recently sold 995.315 (avg. share price SEK 1,54), 1.459.500 (avg. share price
SEK 1,95) and 995.000 (avg. share price SEK 1,97) shares in the market,
respectively. With the above transactions carried out, Chairman, CEO and COO
have increased their holdings by 4.685, 140.500 and 5.000 shares, respectively.
The capital contribution in Targeteveryone amounts to SEK 5.400.000.
The incentive programs amounts to 15,000,000 warrants in total, of which
3,000,000 warrants have been aimed at the board and 12,000,000 aimed at
management and key people within the company, with the right to subscribe for
one new share for SEK 1.50 each during the period between December 31, 2019 to
December 31, 2020. Fredric Forsman and Michael Irgens have utilized 1.000.000 of
the allotted 1,500,000 warrants each, while Hosni Teque-Omeirat has utilized
1.600.000 warrants of his 3,750,000 allotted warrants.
The number of shares in TargetEveryone AB will amount to 167,711,621 and the
share capital SEK 16,771,162.10 after the 3,600,000 new shares have been
registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
