TargetEveryone AB changes name to SpectrumOne AB

As previously announced on November 19, 2019, it was decided at an extraordinary

shareholders' meeting to change the name to SpectrumOne AB. The name change to

SpectrumOne AB has now been registered with Swedish Companies Registration

Office. The Company will trade under the new name SpectrumOne AB and with new

ticker "SPONE-ME" on Merkur Market and "SPEONE" on Nasdaq First North Growth

Market from March 9, 2020. The ISIN will not change as a result of the name

change.
