TargetEveryone announces departure of CEO

Oslo, Norway - (July 5th, 2019) TargetEveryone today announces that Torkel

Johannessen has informed the company that he is resigning from his position as

chief executive officer to pursue other career opportunities. In agreement with

the board, the departure will be effective as of August 1st, 2019. Hosni Teque

-Omeirat, who was elected member of the board at the Annual General Meeting in

May, will assume the position as interim CEO. In agreement with the board,

Torkel will remain in his position until Hosni takes over from August 1st. The

board has initiated a search process for a new permanent CEO of the company.

leadership has been instrumental as the company has been through a necessary but

tough turnaround process. During his tenure, Torkel has conducted a severe cost

cutting and restructuring process, whilst simultaneously laying out the strategy

for, and launching of, our new SaaS software - SpectrumOne. We wish him much

success in his future endeavors, and we thank Hosni for stepping in to assume

the interim CEO role. "
