Cecilia Hjertzell nominated as new board member

Major shareholders of TargetEveryone AB (the "Company") intends to propose that

the Company's shareholders appoint Cecilia Hjertzell as a new board member of

the Company to replace Hosni Teque Omeirat who was appointed CEO this summer.

The decision will be made at an Extraordinary General Meeting which the Company

intends to issue a notice shortly.

Cecilia Hjertzell is a Swedish entrepreneur and co-founder of CMO goes TECH, an

international network for the CMOs of the future. She serves as board member and

senior business advisor to a number of companies in their transformation towards

becoming data driven. She has many years of experience in leading marketing

positions. Previously she has been brand director at Telia Company, COO of

Söderhavet - a digital design agency, and CMO of Bosch Home Northern Europe.
