Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding

Share options exercised under the terms of the Spectris Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("ShareSave")

This notification made under Article 19.1 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 ("MAR") relates to the acquisition of shares through the exercise of share options under the terms of the ShareSave by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").

Yorkshire Building Society notified Spectris plc (the "Company") that, on 3 December 2018, Robin Stopford and Clive Watson both acquired 1,036 ordinary 5p shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company following the exercise of options granted under the terms of the ShareSave on 22 September 2015.
