(i)         Mark Williamson, Chairman of the Board, has notified the Company that he has stepped down from the board of National Grid plc with effect from 31 December 2021.  National Grid plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange; and

(ii)        Bill Seeger, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that he has been appointed as a director of ICU Medical, Inc. ('ICU') and a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee, with effect from 1 February 2022. ICU Medical, Inc. is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
