Board Committee Composition

The Board of Spectris plc ('Spectris') (LSE: SXS), the expert in providing insight through precision measurement, is pleased to announce that following his appointment on 1 June 2021, Dr. Ravi Gopinath will become a member of both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. From 1 June 2021, the membership of the Remuneration Committee will be Cathy Turner (Chairman), Karim Bitar, Ulf Quellmann, Kjersti Wiklund and Ravi Gopinath. The Nomination Committee is made up of all Non-executive Directors and chaired by the Board's Chairman, Mark Williamson.
