The Board of Spectris plc (SXS: LSE), the expert in providing insight through precision measurement, today announces that Martha Wyrsch, Non-Executive Director has retired from the Board on 14 May 2021.
Martha Wyrsch was appointed as a Non-executive Director in June 2012. Mark Williamson, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Martha for the significant contributions she has made over the past nine years. We will miss Martha's presence in our meetings and wish her the best for her next venture".
