REVISED PROXY FORM – 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Shareholder,

As advised on 23[rd] of October, the 2017 Annual General Meeting of The Food Revolution Group will be held on 30 November, 2017 at 10.00am (AEDT) at 20 Heaths Court, Mill Park, Victoria.

If you will be attending the Annual General Meeting, you will need to register on the day.

If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting but wish to vote on resolutions to be considered at the meeting, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf by completing and returning the Revised Proxy Form enclosed with this letter. To be valid, your Proxy Form must be received by 10.00am (AEDT) 28 November, 2017.

The last sentence in STEP 1 of the previous Proxy Form was incorrect. It now reads as follows:

“The Chairman of the Meeting intends to vote all undirected proxies available to them in favour of each Item of Business except Items 3(a) and 3(b).”

Shareholders who have already submitted their Proxy Forms may need to reconsider and resubmit in light of the above.
