Successful placement of a new Covered Bond

Sparebanken Øst Boligkreditt AS has today issued NOK 3 bn in a new covered bond maturing August 23rd 2027. Sparebanken Øst holds NOK 1 bn of the issue, which will be sold in the market at a later point.

Danske Bank and SEB acted as managers for the transaction.

Sparebanken Øst Boligkreditt AS has also purchased NOK 366 mill of SPOBK11 and holds together with Sparebanken Øst a total of NOK 1.144 bn of SPOBK11.
