Mandatory notification of trade: sale of own ECCs in relations to the bank’s savings program for employees

With reference to the stock exchange notice published 9 February 2024 the bank has today sold 113 627 own ECCs to the participating employees in the bank’s savings program. After the transaction the bank owns 18 921 own ECCs.
