Name change to Sparebanken Norge and new ticker "SBNOR"
Reference is made to previous stock exchange notices regarding the merger of Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør.
In connection with the merger, the merged bank will change its name to Sparebanken Norge and will receive "SBNOR" as the new ticker.
Existing loans issued by Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør will have "SBNOR" as the new ticker.
The merger is planned to be completed on 2 May 2025.
