Sparebanken Sør: Successful AT1 bond issue

Sparebanken Sør has today issued a new perpetual AT1 bond of NOK 200 million with a floating rate coupon. The coupon is equal to 3 months NIBOR + 2,75 percentage points. The settlement date will be 23rd February 2021. First call option is 5 years after the issue date.

The bank will apply for listing of the loan on Nordic ABM.

The issue is approved by the general meeting in the bank 29th October 2020.
