Minutes from the election meeting for equity certificate holders

Date: 7 February 2025 Place: Sparebanken Sør, Kristiansand

7 equity certificate holders attended the meeting, representing a total of 12.745.117 equity certificates, proxies included, corresponding to 26,16 %. Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Sør holds 10.849.009 of the equity certificates represented on the meeting.

CEO Geir Bergskaug and Director Group Support Rolf H. Søraker represented the management of the bank.

Rolf Søraker welcomed everyone and opened the meeting. Eldbjørg Dahl was elected to lead the meeting, and the notice was approved. Lars Falkenberg was elected to sign the protocol together with Dahl.

2 members and 1 deputy member must be elected to the general meeting. The nomination committee's recommendation:
