Market Maker Agreement with Arctic Securities AS
Commencing as of today (25th August 2017), Sparebanken Møre
has entered into a Market Maker Agreement with Arctic
Securities AS for the Equity Certificates issued by the bank
(Oslo Stock Exchange ticker: MORG).
The purpose of the Agreement is to enhance liquidity in
trading of the Equity Certificates issued by the bank, which
are listed on Oslo Stock Exchange. The Agreement is in
accordance with standard requirements set by Oslo Stock
Exchange.
