John Arne Winsnes appointed as CFO in Sparebanken Møre
John Arne Winsnes (51) will lead the bank's unit for Finance and will be part of the bank's group management.
He comes from the position as CFO of Olympic Subsea ASA, which he has held since 2012.
“We are very pleased that John Arne has accepted the position as CFO of Sparebanken Møre. He has extensive experience from banking and finance, combined with strong business acumen and detailed knowledge of the region. John Arne will assume an important role in the further development of the bank,” says CEO Trond Lars Nydal of Sparebanken Møre.
Broad experience from banking and finance
Winsnes holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Mannheim in Germany and has extensive experience from the banking and finance sector, both nationally and internationally. In the period 2009-2012, he was CEO of Sparebank 1 Søre Sunnmøre. Prior to that, he held leading positions in Aker Yards ASA, ABB Financial Services and GE Capital.

He will start in his new position in Sparebanken Møre no later than 1 November 2021.
