With reference to the stock exchange announcement of 8 March 2023, and the notice and case documents for the meeting of the General Meeting on 29 March 2023.
The meeting was held, and all of the items were approved in line with the proposed resolutions. The minutes from the General Meeting are attached. The minutes are also available from www.sbm.no.
