With reference to the stock exchange announcement of 3 November 2022, and the notice and case documents for the meeting of the General Meeting on 24 November 2022.

The meeting was held, and all items were approved in line with the submitted proposed resolutions, with a minor addition in item 24/22. The minutes from the General Meeting are attached. The minutes are also available from www.sbm.no.
