Nordic Trustee AS er tillitsmann for overnevnte obligasjonslån der SpareBank 1 BV har meldt at de vil benytte sin rett i henhold til låneavtalen til å innfri hele lånet før forfall ("call"):

Callkurs:	100 % av pari pluss renter
Calldato (betalingsdato):	30.09.2019
Uttrekningsdato:	26.09.2019

Exercise of Call Option

Nordic Trustee AS acts as trustee for the above mentioned bond where SpareBank 1 BV is the issuer.

Nordic Trustee AS has received notification from SpareBank 1 BV regarding the exercise of the call option and the bond will be entirely repaid.

Settlement date: 30.09.2019 Record date: 26.09.2019

Call price: 100 % of par value plus accrued interest
