SpareBank 1 SMN: Mandatory notification of trade – SpareBank 1 SMN’s savings programme allocates equity certificates
SpareBank 1 SMN have allocated equity certificates to employees in the group’s savings programme. The equity certificates have been allocated to the employees at a price of NOK 187.07 per equity certificate in accordance with their savings amount.
After allocation the bank owns 23,235 equity certificates.
