Mandatory notification of trade
SpareBank 1 SMN has decided that CFO Trond Søraas should be offered the ability to buy up to 10,000 equities with a discount of 30% against a 3-year commitment to own them. SpareBank 1 SMN has today, 07 December 2022, purchased 10,000 equity certificates at an average price per equity of NOK 115.92. These ECCs have been transferred to Trond Søraas in accordance with the aforementioned conditions. Søraas entire holding after this is 10,000 equity certificates. This information is mandatory to report according to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
