SpareBank 1 SMN: SpareBank 1 Gruppen – result 3rd quarter and the first three quarters of 2022
SpareBank 1 SMN has a 19.5% stake in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. SpareBank 1 SMN majority share of SpareBank 1 Group's profit after tax in the 3rd quarter was NOK 17 (83) *million. SpareBank 1 SMN's majority share of profit as of 30 September 2022 was NOK 46 (298) million. SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated profit before tax as of 30 September 2022 was NOK 595 (2,816) million. Profit after tax was NOK 444 (2,170) million. The majority's share of profit after tax in the 3rd quarter and as of 30 September 2022 was respectively NOK 89 (425) and NOK 238 (1,527) million. The result for SpareBank 1 Gruppen before and after tax in the 3rd quarter was respectively NOK 288 (816) and NOK 207 (621) million. Fremtind, which is 65% owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, had a profit before tax of NOK 452 (741) million in the 3rd quarter. Fremtind's profit before tax as of 30 September 2022 was NOK 790 (2,408) million.
