SpareBank 1 SMN: Successful issuance of Tier 2 bonds
SpareBank 1 SMN has today issued a new Tier 2 bond issue of NOK 100 million with ISIN NO0013602615. The coupon is 3 months Nibor + 1.38 percentage points p.a.
Settlement date is 30 June 2025. The Tier 2 issue has a first-time call option for the bank on 30 September 2030, subject to approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, if required. The bonds will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM, and the new issue has been approved by the issuer’s supervisory board.
