SpareBank 1 SMN: Contemplating issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds
SpareBank 1 SMN (Issuer rating Aa3 by Moody’s with stable outlook) has mandated Nordea and SpareBank 1 Markets for issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds of up to NOK 150 million.
The potential issuance is approved by the issuer’s Supervisory Board. The transaction is subject to market conditions.
