SpareBank 1 SMN: Successful issuance of Additional Tier 1 bond
SpareBank 1 SMN (Issuer rating Aa3 with stable outlook by Moody's) has today issued a new perpetual Additional Tier 1 bond of NOK 450 million with ISIN NO0013354670. The coupon is 3 months Nibor + 2.85 percentage points p.a. Settlement date is 30 September 2024.
The Additional Tier 1 bond issue has a first-time call option for the issuer on 15 January 2030, subject to an approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, if required. The new issue has been approved by the Bank's General meeting. The bonds will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.
DNB Markets and SpareBank 1 Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers.
