SpareBank 1 SMN: Successful placement of Inaugural NOK Green Senior Non-Preferred bonds

SpareBank 1 SMN (Issuer rating A1 by Moody’s) has today completed placement of a 3 - Tranche inaugural Green Senior Non-Preferred bond. A 3-year and 5-year FRN of NOK 500 million with an issue price of 100% of par value with floating rate and a coupon of 3m NIBOR + 1.10% p.a and 3m NIBOR + 1.30%. A 5-year Fixed Bond of NOK 550 million was also issued with a 4.515% annual Coupon an issue price of par.

Settlement date is 26 August 2022.
