Restricted securities to be released from escrow – Notice under Listing Rule 3.10A

Sparc Technologies Limited (Company) (ASX: SPN) advises that 991,159 fully paid ordinary shares classified by ASX as restricted securities will be released from escrow on 14 June 2021 in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A.

The release of these shares does not change the issued capital of the Company.
