Restricted securities to be released from escrow – Notice under Listing Rule 3.10A - CORRECTION

Sparc Technologies Limited (Company) (ASX: SPN) previously advised that 991,159 fully paid ordinary shares classified by ASX as restricted securities would be released from escrow on 14 June 2021 in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A. The previous date of release was provided due to an administrative error. The Company wishes to advise that the actual release date of the fully paid ordinary shares from escrow is 14 July 2021.

The release of these shares does not change the issued capital of the Company.
