CEO INFORMATION and APPENDIX 3G - REVISED

Sparc Technologies Limited (ASX: SPN) (Sparc or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mike Bartels as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective 1 March 2021.

Mr Bartels will be engaged full time under an executive services agreement and be paid an annual salary of A\$240,000 plus statutory entitlements.

Mr Tom Spurling will stand aside as Managing Director. Tom will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Spurling has agreed to cancel his 2,250,000 performance shares that match the same amount provided to Mr Bartels upon his appointment.
