Notice Required Under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1

Sparc Technologies Limited (ASX: SPN) (the Company ) advises that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 23 October 2025 at 11.00am (Adelaide time).

The full details of the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and released to ASX in due course.

Accordingly, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations is 4 September 2025.
