Notice Required Under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1

Sparc Technologies Limited (ASX: SPN) advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28 November 2023, at 11.00am (Adelaide time).

The full details of the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and released to ASX in the coming weeks.

Accordingly, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations is 10 October 2023.
