In continuation of company announcement 7/2013 (5 December 2013), Spar Nord
hereby announces that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has today
approved a listing prospectus prepared by Spar Nord in connection with the
admission to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen of the DKK
700 million subordinated floating rate notes issued by Spar Nord 18 December
2013.
The notes are expected to be admitted for trading and official listing from 28
March 2014 under the ISIN code DK0030330311.
