Danske Andelskassers Bank A/S has published an “assessment of Spar Nord’s offer and notice of capital increase”

It has come to our attention that Danske Andelskassers Bank A/S (DAB) has published an “assessment of Spar Nord’s offer and notice of capital increase”, in which DAB’s Board of Directors recommends DAB’s shareholders not to accept the yet unpublished offer from Spar Nord.

Spar Nord will revert with comments to the announcement from DAB, when Spar Nord has assessed the contents hereof in detail.
