The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority grants its approval of Spar Nord
Bank A/S’ takeover of activities from FIH Erhvervsbank A/S
With reference to Company Announcement no. 12 of 21 May 2014 regarding Spar
Nord’s takeover of a customer portfolio from FIH Erhvervsbank A/S, we hereby
announce that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the
planned transaction.
Following this approval the final completion of the transaction is still
expected to take place on 1 July 2014.
