Subject: Notice on the release of own shares

We are hereby delivering a Notice on the release of own shares in accordance with Article 474 of the Capital Market Act.

Span d.d. ("the Company") released 3,858 of own shares, in accordance with conditions published in the Prospectus regarding the Public Offer and listing of shares on the Regulated market and which refers to the allocation of Additional Shares that the Issuer will allocate to an individual Employee in accordance with the ESOP program.

Prior to the said release, the Company owned 7,860 of own shares, representing 0.4010 % of the share capital. After the said release and as at the date of this Notice, the Company owns a total of 4,002 of own shares, representing 0.2042 % of the share capital.

Share capital of the Company amounts to EUR 3,920,000.00 and is divided into 1,960,000 ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of EUR 2.00, under security code SPAN-R-A and ISIN code HRSPANRA0007.
