We hereby inform you, as the aforementioned Issuer of the Shares which have been introduced to the Official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, that today, November 9 th, 2022, we have delivered to the following authorities:

a Notice on the release of own shares in accordance with Article 474 of the Capital Market Act. Span d.d. released 1.207 of own shares based on the Share Buy-Back Programme for the purpose of offering Shares to employees of the Company and its affiliated companies for the purpose of remuneration, adopted at the Span d.d. Management Board meeting held on January 14th, 2022.

Prior to the said release, Span d.d owned 21.236 of own shares, representing 1.0835 % of the share capital. After the said release and as at the date of this Notice, Span d.d owns a total of 20.029 of own shares, representing 1.0219 % of the share capital. Share capital of Span d.d. amounts to HRK 19,600,000.00 and is divided into 1,960,000 ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of HRK 10.00, under security code SPAN-R-A and ISIN code HRSPANRA0007.
