we hereby inform you, that on April 30th, 2024, a meeting of the Management Board of the company Span d.d. ("Company") will be held, followed by a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board, at which the following will be considered and decided on:

• The audited financial statements of the Span Group (consolidated) and the Company (non-consolidated) for the year ended December 31st, 2023
• Proposal of the Decision on the use of profits
• Other decisions proposals that will be sent to the General Assembly of the Company for adoption

Furthermore, the Company hereby informs that the meeting of the Company's Management Board at which the unaudited financial statements of Span Group (consolidated) and the Company (unconsolidated) for the period 1.1.2024-31.03.2024 will be considered, is also to be held on April 30th, 2024.
