On July 21st, 2022. a Commercial Court in Zagreb issued a decision on the registration of the incorporation of a company Span Cyber Security Center limited liability company for services and consulting, PIN: 88052917618, based in Zagreb and share capital in the amount of 1,500,000.00 HRK. The founder and sole member of the company is Span d.d. The decision was published on July 22nd, 2022.

Th Cyber Security Center is focused on developing the ability of the business community to respond as adequately as possible to current cyber threats, as well as acquiring the most up-to-date knowledge in this area. The official opening of the Center is planned for this autumn.
