a notice that SPAN d.d. signed an agreement with INTERKAPITAL securities d.o.o. on providing Market making activities for Span shares ("Shares"), listed under Security "SPAN". The issuer of the Shares is SPAN d.d., and the Shares are traded on the Official market of Zagreb Stock Exchange. INTERKAPITAL securities d.o.o. will provide Market making activities for trading of the Shares. The commencement is the day determined by the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
